Ed has been using BusTracks for over 9 years. He has this to say:

Ed says that he has over 14,000 students (both non-pub and public) in the system. He finds that with BusTracks it is extremely easy to access all rider information. He likes the system’s ability to use Microsoft Office products to help generate custom-designed reports (including letters to parents).

And, he says that he has "saved a ton of time" in doing the state reports. Further he says that recently BusTracks helped him spot a student that had gone through the entire registration process without anybody realizing the fact that the student did not live in the district. Glenn has been using BusTracks since 1997 to track the special needs students that he transports. He also is a frequent user of the linkage between BusTracks and Microsoft Access.

According to Glenn, "BusTracks helps organize information required for my state reports in half the amount of time it used to take me. Also, the link with products from Microsoft and other companies makes the system extremely flexible to fit my needs."

Glenn has created a system within a system using Microsoft Access. His staff enjoys a seamless interface between BusTracks and additional custom-designed data tables that he created specific to his Intermediate Unit’s needs. He says, "The ability to share information between systems is one of the things that makes BusTracks superior."
